Pet Policy

We know your furry friends are important to you and we welcome them in our community. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment.  No need to put Fido on a diet as there is no weight limit, however there is a monthly pet rent of $20 per pet. There is a $150 one time, non-refundable fee per pet. For pets less than 60 lbs, there is a $150 deposit per pet. For pets over 60 lbs, there is a $350 deposit per pet.  

Aggressive breed restrictions apply. Aggressive breeds are defined by the American Veterinary Medical Association (AMVA) and include, but are not limited to, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Malamutes, Bull Terriers, Wolf-dog hybrids, Chow-Chows and Great Danes.
